Mobile App

The new MyGO mobile will showcase Apex HCM’s new harmonic and cozy design which offers an intuitive interface with optimal selection of colors for best user experience. In addition to the new exciting user interface, the MyGO app comes with enhanced maps and geo-fencing powered by Google, in-app text and email capabilities, as well as enhanced speed and performance for high quality usage.



Accessing the Mobile App

Log into your mobile app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and search My Employer on the GO. (also accepted MyGO & My GO) Download and install the app.

Logging In

Enter the same credentials you use to access My Employer on the Go via the web. If you have not accessed the web portal, you should have received two emails including a registration email and a temporary password.

Mobile Dashboard

Upon logging in, you will be directed to your Dashboard.

If you are signed up for Online Timekeeping, you will see the option clock in/out, can view your timesheet, request time off, view your pay stub history, benefit statements and access an employee directory.

Company Announcements & assigned Tasks will display across the bottom.

Clocking In

To clock in, click the Clock In button and if you have labor allocation enabled, you will be prompted to enter things like Location, Department and/or Job. Make your allocation and then select Complete Clock In.


You will see a Successful message upon completion.

Clocking Out

To clock out, click the Clock Out button and if you have tips enabled, you will be prompted to enter things like Direct Tips, Indirect Tips & Total Sales. Make your allocation and then select Complete Clock Out.


You will see a Successful message upon completion.

Clocking In/Out with GPS 

If GPS is enabled, when you clock in / out, you will be brought to a page with a Google map showing your current location.

When you make your punch, you will see a report below



Viewing Your Timesheet 

From the Dashboard, select the Timesheet icon. You will be directed to your current timesheet where it will show in/out punches for each day, and a total by

day. At the top, you can select the arrow to the right of Current to select a different pay period.


Requesting Time Off 

From the Dashboard, select the Request Time Off icon. From here you can View your available balances by selecting View Balances at the upper right-hand corner of the page:




To request a time off, choose Add Request, then select accrual type (vacation, sick, pto, etc.)  You will then choose Start and End dates and can leave a note if applicable. Then click Confirm. This will now show in your History of Time Offs as a Pending Approval.


Viewing Your Paystub 

From the Dashboard, select the Pay Stub icon. You will be brought to your most recent pay period, where you will see your Earnings, Taxes & Deduction totals, as well as a Net Pay. The earnings will also be broken out underneath.

You can toggle to display a Year to Date view, or you can choose the drop-down arrow to the right of the data and select a different pay period.


Viewing Your Benefit Statement

From the Dashboard, select the Benefit Statement icon. From here you will see an annual view of your pay and your company’s contributions on your behalf. You can toggle between years at the top by selecting the blue drop-down arrow.


Company Announcements & Tasks 

The Announcement section allow you to stay connected with your company and any updates.

The Task section allows your leadership to assign you tasks, and you can indicate where you are in the process.


Reset Your Password

Select the menu button the upper right-hand side of the screen and choose Reset Password. You will be prompted to enter your old password, your new password and then confirm your new password. Click Reset to process the change.


View Your Information

Select the menu button the upper right-hand side of the screen and choose Employee Info. From here you can validate your demographic information. If the information is not correct, you can log in to My Employer on the GO directly and update (if you have permission) or provide your updated information to your manager.
